November

We had a nice time celebrating Halloween this
year. It happens to be Ms. Tish’s favorite holiday so I like to do lots of activities over several days. We carved pumpkins, dressed up and had a small carnival. The junior high students did an outstanding job of helping me run the carnival. I believe everyone had great time. Only problem was...we burnt the pumpkin seeds. I am thinking we need someone who knows how to cook them to come in and give us a little lesson on that. Burnt pumpkin seeds are
quite yucky!

We also gave away a ton of books. These books were books found around the school (mostly older teaching materials). We hope you enjoy them. We are planning to give away students books from the library project in the spring. These will be library books for students and adults to read.
